Description: ZED is a unique and compelling narrative you experience on Desktop PC or VR. Journey through surreal landscapes spanning one man’s life and career, as you learn about his desperate quest to reconnect fading memories and create a final work for a special person.
Review: ZED is a wonderful looking story-driven adventure game about memories and maybe a little to do with Alzheimer’s as well. It is clear from the off that this is not a game built for VR, but it does kind of work good in VR. You will mostly be listening to the storyline as it unfolds, but there is a bit of exploring and puzzle-solving to mix things up a bit. While it looks nice and does keep you immersed from start to finish that finish point comes far too quickly for its own good making the £13.99 asking price seem a tad over the top. If you got this for half price or less it might be OK, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything more than that.
