Review: XCavalypse is so close to being a good game that it is a mystery to me why it isn’t. The idea of the game is to kill zombies using a JSB hydraulic excavator. You can squash them with the bucket, run them over or just get out of the cab and give the zombie hoard a good thumping. Even on paper, it sounds like a great game, but the difficulty of trying to mauver the digger is what makes this game best avoided. Its almost as if this is a digger simulator rather than a fun arcade zombie smasher. Throw in a rather large price tag on top of the game and you have a game-best avoided unless you can get it for a massively reduced price.
