Review: Way Out is a pretty pointless wave shooter in which you try and shoot a way out of a wall of numbers coming towards you. These numbers are the number of times you need to shoot that bit of the wall with your gun that seems to have infinite ammo. There are 3 levels to choose from: The Lab, Snow Level and Starry Night, but they are all the same thing anyway, just a change of scenery, but you don’t move anyway. It looks crap, it’s as shallow and a summer puddle and is mind-numbingly boring to play. But for £0.79 you might find some fun here and it is a real challenge when you crank everything up. But I would have much prefered it to be a freebie.
