Review: We have seen more than a few exercise VR games before, but I really do think ‘VRWorkout’ is one of the most energetic I have come across. You will be doing Jumps, squats, pushups, crunchies and even a spot of sprinting! While it does require you to wear the controls in an odd way (on the wrist, not in the hand) it can be quite the workout. For a free game there is a good range of options here and while it doesn’t look like much you can get a good workout here. Or course, the more you use it the better it will be for you, but even if you only do it once you haven’t had to pay any cash. Give it a go if you like this sort of thing, but personally, it was a bit too much exercising for my own taste, but I did appreciate it.
