Review: VR Anya Escape Run is most probably what you expect it to be which is an endless runner. To be fair to it, its probably one of the best looking endless runner on the Daydream system! With a nice medieval style and look to it with loads of medieval traps to jump, slide under and generally avoid. Sadly the main area that lets this game down is the control system which is also the most important. It is simply too hard to control and would have been much easier to play with a click method rather than a swiping one as it doesn’t always pick up on the move you are trying to perform. At least it is free so you can give it a go if you like endless runners, but if there was even the smallest of charges I would have probably told you not to bother. Good potential for sure, but not quite realised yet.
