Description: VIRUSH is a technophilic packet-snatching’ virus-killing arcade-style game for Vive. Featuring a pumping electronic soundtrack and played in spherical/360 degrees with your Vive controller.
Review: Virush is a number of different game styles all mixed into one. Its musical, its a snake style game, a shooter, a strategy game and a few others all rolled into one. Sadly the lack of a proper tutorial makes this game pretty impossible to understand, but from what I worked out myself you have to circle various balls and spikey balls to make them vanish. There are also enemies to kill via the same method. Played in a deep 3D ball the graphics are basic but with the added trance music in the background, it is surprisingly immersive. I’m sure if the tutorial explained how to play I would have enjoyed it a lot more than I did, but even without it, I was happy to spend a good hour messing around doing what I think the game wanted me to do. I suggest waiting for a few a sale to grab this one, but give it some time to get into and you will be rewarded with a decent VR experience.
