Description: Village Guardians is a VR action game in which you defend your base against enemies. Switch between guns, swords, hammers, and other weapons according to the situation and your preferences to defeat the attacking robots!
Review: ‘Village Guardians’ is a tower defence, shooter-style game in which you have to defend your little village from enemy robots who enter the world via wormholes. While there isn’t a whole lot to this game it does look good and I would even go so far as to say it is fun for a short while. You get a small range of both shooting and melee weapons to choose from and the idea is to kill wave after wave until you are dead. The biggest issue I have with this game has to be the AI as they really don’t offer much in the way of a challenge at all and the game ends up feeling like a flat, lifeless shooter. It’s cheap enough I suppose, but I still think the gameplay is still too shallow for its own good, but I do believe that with a few changes this could be something worth recommending. But it is not quite there yet.
