Description: Viking Days puts the “reality” in “Virtual Reality” to show, through 10 minigames, the domestic life of the fine upstanding Viking. Each mini-game showing clear instructions to the player, and making use of the VR motion controller in different ways for them to interact with the game world.
At each starting game, a random selection of minigames is sorted for the player. As they progress, more minigames are added to the tier, and the minigames that repeat gets increasingly tougher. After every win, the game will show the player their current winning streak. The challenge here is to overpass the player’s own high-score. How many days can they survive being a Viking?
Review: Viking Days is an odd series of mini-games that get harder and harder until which I can only presume you fail and die. Sadly it got so repetitive that I gave up only hoping for death! I won’t deny that it is fun to play and you do probably get your money’s worth here. I just wish there was more variety in the mini-games and some endpoint to aim towards rather than the same thing over and over. I am happy to recommend this, just be aware that it can get repetitive very quickly indeed and some of the games are more annoying than fun.
