Description: includes multiple field trips (from the ISS to the Acropolis of Athens) that will let you learn using Virtual Reality. Purchasing the Unimersiv app will give you an unlimited access to all of our content as well as future updates. We strongly believe that Virtual Reality should not only be used for gaming but that it can also have a great impact on Education. We created the largest library of VR educational experiences to let you explore Rome as it was thousands years ago or walk on the Acropolis of Athens or even alongside giants Dinosaurs to see how they were living and what they were eating.
Review: If there is one kind of app that benefits massively from virtual reality it is educational ones like Unimersiv. Putting you inside the human body or allowing you to time-jump into the past to see Stonehenge before it was fully built is incredibly powerful and a truly immersive experience. Watching educational films is OK, but putting someone into the environment they are learning about is a powerful way of making them see, learn and remember even more than they might by watching a simple film about it.
This is not an app you should just download because it’s good (which it is), but you should download to show your support to the developers for making it. In the years to come virtual reality education is going to be big and we’re sure Unimersiv will be a big part of that future. But it has to be said I am not sure why there is a £2.89 free for the Steam VR version when every other version is free!
