Description: Recently, there’s been a lot of news of UFO sightings above town and your own build spacescanner is picking up some weird signals as well. Time to assemble the Treefenders: an alliance of neighbourhood kids, determined to keep the neighbourhood save! Relive your childhood in Treefender, a VR-exclusive 4-player online co-op simulator game where you build your own treefort and defend it against an alien invasion!
Review: ‘Treefender’ is a tower defence game of sorts in which you have to defend your treehouse (that you make yourself) from aliens. The more waves of aliens you kill, the more money you have to make your treehouse bigger and better. You can also find things around your treehouse to add some much-needed funds. You can play on your own or in 4 player co-op multiplayer mode which will need you to add some friends as there is no-one playing it at the moment.
While it is a little glitchy and buggy it is also a lot of fun with the right people! I would have liked some variety in your avatar and a few more building options, but as it is I had a great laugh and when you hit the multiplayer you should also get your money’s worth. Sure, it needs some updates, but even as it is I would give it a go if you can get others to do the same.
