Description: TrackMania Turbo is a racing game quite like no other. You seem there might be a mind blowing 200+ tracks to race on which should be more than enough for most people, but in this game, you can also make your own tracks! Set in four locations: Rollercoaster Lagoon, International Stadium, Canyon Grand Drift and Valley Down & Dirty you can play on your own to challenge the tracks that are there, you can play online on other people’s designs, or maybe challenge someone to race around on your own design. The sheer number of possible layouts means this game has pretty much unlimited track possibilities.
Review: While the game itself is well worth picking up if you like fast-paced, skilled racing, the VR aspect is pretty much pointless and unplayable. The biggest problem is the layouts of the tracks often consist of loops, jumps and flips that are all designed to turn your world upside down. Now, on a 2D screen, this will give you butterflies in your stomach and a flutter of joy. In VR they will bring you close to passing out with nausea! Sure, for the VR hardened it won’t be so bad, but make no mistake about it, if you are new to VR and tried this game it might well be the last time you ever play anything in VR again.
