Review: Thrills & Chills Roller Coasters is exactly what the name suggests. It’s a rollercoaster simulator that offers some thrills & chills. You get to ride on 3 coasters all based in a single environment. While that doesn’t sound like a lot, you will enjoy seeing the tracks all interwoven, always wondering what the next coaster is like until you have ridden them all. Choosing from the red track, yellow track or green track you will enjoy seeing the cityscape rush past and to be fair it is surprisingly detailed. They even have the sounds perfect. In fact, the only thing that is kind of missing is the supports to keep the track in the air, but then again that might have ruined the view of the city.
While the experience of this app is short-lived (although they do promise more content to be added later) this is one of those apps you will enjoy showing friends, family and people who have never experienced anything in VR before. It looks pretty good, fools your body into believing you really are on a rollercoaster and even sounds pretty impressive. You don’t get much for your money, but it doesn’t ask for a lot in the first place making it worth a download.
