Description: The war god: The artefact is the first chapter of the VR series based on an ancient war hero called LanLingWang. This game is set in ancient China around 560 AD. It is said that a powerful artefact is buried in the tomb of the Emperor. The Turkic want this artefact. Player plays as a skilled shaman who is tasked with this mission. The tomb buries the great Emperor Gao Yang. Many tricks and traps were set in the tomb to protect it. The rumour that Gao Yang summoning dead soldier makes the journey even more dangerous. Can you fulfil the mission?

Review: The War God: The Artifact is a magic casting wave shooter of sorts that sees you killing the undead with a variety of spells and casting. The first main problem is that everything is in Chinese which does make things a little difficult to understand, but if you can look past that the beautiful graphics of the game are your reward and they really are wonderful. The fire effects are particularly noteworthy. While the gameplay itself is a little shallow you will enjoy the spell casting a lot more than the close-up action with the staff. While it isn’t the biggest of games I feel the £4.79 asking price is justified more in the quality of the experience. Just keep Google translate open and you should be fine here.
