Review: ‘The Secret of Retropolis’ is a “Point and Click” style puzzle game with a film noir theme to it which I did kind of like. There are a few puzzles to solve and some other things to interact with, but it is mostly about following along with the storyline. The gameplay is pretty basic with a grab and place method of gameplay lucky with stretchable robot hands so you don’t have to move much. While I am happy to report that I did have fun and a few laughs the game was over in less than an hour with no replay value at all. That makes the £10.29 price tag a hard pill to swallow, but if you see this in a sale or even better as part of a cheap bundle with other games it is worth a go.
