Review: ‘The Secret of Retropolis’ is a “Point and Click” style puzzle game with a film noir theme to it which I did kind of like. There are a few puzzles to solve and some other things to interact with, but it is mostly about following along with the storyline. The gameplay is pretty basic with a grab and place method of gameplay lucky with stretchable robot hands so you don’t have to move much. While I am happy to report that I did have fun and a few laughs and the graphics are just as good as the Steam VR version which is a good thing, but having said that the game was over in less than an hour with no replay value at all. That makes the £9.99 price tag a hard pill to swallow, but if you see this in a sale it is worth a go.
