Unlike keyboard MIDI controllers, The Music Room allows you to strum, slide, bend and drum naturally and expressively. With 8 dimensions of expressive control per note The Music Room is the most expressive MIDI controller available and supports the future of MIDI, MPE. Play carefully scanned drums and cymbals from Pearl, Ludwig, Sabian, Zildjian, DW, and Gretsch. Play drums and our 3 unique melodic instruments. All these are integrated with Bitwig 8-Track, the leading expressive audio workstation. Easily loop and record instruments from VR, select presets and launch clips.
Review: I’m not sure what someone was smoking or drinking when they priced ‘The Music Room’ at £98.99 but it was strong stuff for sure. There is just nothing in this app that would make me think it was worth even a tenth of that price and other than a VR drum kit with no tutorial or game or anything even remotely “professional”. Only a fool would buy this without some SERIOUS content updates and a better explanation as you why it might be worth the asking price. So, for now, I will call it little more than a rip-off and tell everyone to avoid it.
