Description: Winner of the 2020 Primetime Emmy® Award for Outstanding Innovation in Interactive and Best VR Experience at 76th Venice Film Festival. “The Line” is a 15-20 minute interactive story about love and routine. Narrated by Rodrigo Santoro, “The Line” is great for first-time VR users.
Review: If you have never given a 360 VR story a chance before I can’t recommend ‘The Line’ enough to you as it is the sort of VR interactive story experience that makes me happy to be a VR owner. It’s based around a miniature world of miniatures who go about their daily tasks with a little help from you by pushing the right things and pulling the right knobs. While I won’t tell you anything else about the story all I will say is things get a little more…animated. It looks amazing with each character and set-piece looking as good as real. I love my VR cinematic experiences so I am biased, but this is one of the very best of them and yes, it is worth every penny even if it does only last for approximately 15 minutes.
