Supporting the room scale of HTC VIVE devices and stand mode. The left-hand controller is used to switch light sources, while the right-hand controller is employed to move and grab. The light sources contain flashlights and torches. Movement patterns are comprised of fluent movement and teleporting. Collecting treasures everywhere to open the door of the tomb, using torches lighten up oil lamps to illuminate the surrounding environment, using wisdom to unlock some interesting levels in the process to explore the secrets of the tomb, eventually arriving at the bedroom of the tomb owner.
Review: If you have any interest at all in the Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum (otherwise known as the Terracotta Army) then you might enjoy this app. While I did find it a little scary it is graphically pretty good and draws you into the weird spooky world even if it only lasts a short while (about 20 mins). The other problem is the lack of English translation meaning the subtitles and menu items are hard to read. I really do think this is worth £1.59 especially if you have an interest in the subject matter, or maybe you just need some cheap scares for Halloween, whichever it is I can recommend giving this a try.
