Description: The Body VR: Anatomy Viewer will display 3D volumes generated from traditional CT/MRI scans that will allow radiologists, medical students, and patients to view anatomical scans in entirely new ways. The application will include scans from the brain, abdomen, heart, lungs, spine, and allow users to import their own DICOM files.
Users will be able to directly interact with these models using hand controls, allowing a level of engagement on par with high end virtual reality applications. These controllers will allow the user to scale, rotate, and crop scans freely in 3D space.
Users can add annotations to specific areas within a scan, to indicate lesions and tumours. The volumes can then be saved and uploaded to be viewed anywhere in the world, all patient health information is removed in the process.
Review: (TBA – To Be Announced) – Sadly this game is not yet released and we have no idea when it might be. So, for now, we can’t really review the game even if there is a free demo for it as it would not be an accurate review of the full game. But as soon as it does become available we will review it and make a gameplay video for you to watch.
