Description: Sunmachine VR is a virtual reality experience, an imaginary trip around five fantastic worlds. It transports the viewer to the guts of one of the singles from “Disconnect,” the latest album by the electronic music producer Undo.
From cubes to mountains, Sky tunnels to scary fractals, this is one trippy ride that will certainly take you away from it all, even if it’s just for a few moments. There really is nothing to do here, just hit the Space Bar, sit back and enjoy the audio driven ride.
While I am a massive fan of VR music videos I don’t think Sunmachine showcases it as well as it could have done. Sure, the electronic style of the music fits with VR, but the visuals were just not up to scratch and in synch with the music. It is still amazing to listen to and become engulfed in the music, but the experience doesn’t feel as immersive as many other apps in the same style. But more VR music gets the thumbs up from me.
