Review: Steamliner is a rather unusual escape room game that is set aboard a train, or as it is otherwise known a Steamliner. The good news is this could be good for someone new to the puzzle-room genre as most the puzzles are relatively easy to finish with some requiring a little more effort. While there isn’t a whole lot to this game (most people will be finished within the hour) what there is looks good and feels great to play. While it only costs £2.89 anyway I can still see some people moaning that it is way too short and easy which is a valid point, but we are not all great at puzzle-room games, some of us like things to be a little more newbie-friendly.
