Description: Starship Disco™ is a music-driven rhythm shooter with user music imports. Blast aliens to the beat in VR with 1 or 2 hands on the HTC Vive or Oculus Rift with touch controls.
Review: The only way I can really describe Starship Disco is a retro gaming space invaders clone set to music. In this very music-driven game, you have to shoot spaceships in time with the beat of the music. Depending on what sound you are playing that could be easy or the faster songs it will, of course, be harder. Not only do you have to do your shooting in time with the beat of the music, but you also have to look where to shoot and while those two things together are not the easiest of things to get right, when you do finally get it right it feels amazing.
With retro graphics, fast-paced gameplay and some great default songs (you can import your own music) this is a game that is pure fun. Why not load up a whole favourite album and blast the night away. While the song is playing and you are playing, anything going on in the real world is easily forgotten about. Download it, import some music and see how much fun those old funky classics you once loved can be given a whole new lease of life.
