Description: A relaxing VR game. Just you and up to 6 kittens playing with a laser pointer and knocking things over. Designed for the Daydream VR headset. This is a very simple game, just you and the cats.
Review: It’s hard to know what to call Scramble Cats VR. Part of it is oddly relaxing, but it’s also strangely satisfying in an exciting way! To put it basically you get to play with several cats who will chase the red pointer light you have control of thanks to your Google Daydream controller. They will follow the red-dot just about anywhere meaning they will trash stuff just to get to it. A load of boxes in the way of 6 cats all fighting to get the red dot will fly everywhere causing utter chaos.
While Scramble Cats VR doesn’t cost a lot, there really isn’t a whole lot to do in it either, yet I couldn’t help but feel strangely satisfied while playing it. I would even go so far as to say I had genuine fun and while it isn’t a game, it isn’t something to relax in and it isn’t even a showcase of VR, it is still worth a download, especially if you are bored and want to kill a few minutes. But this ‘experience’ isn’t going to offer you anything past that point.
