Review: To put things simply SCP: Labrat is the VR version of SCP Containment Breach which was an indie game that got a bit of a niche following. So it’s a short adventure of sorts in which you escape some sort of alien testing centre after something goes horribly wrong. While the game is too dark for its own good most of the time it does help create a cheap atmosphere of terror which does indeed get the heart racing. Looking past the low-poly graphics because the game is free any way you are still left with a game that is clunky and at times the controls are downright frustrating. But it is free and well worth a look if you enjoyed the original, but people new to this game might not get as much enjoyment out of it.
