Review: Given the price you are paying for SBK VR it’s far better than you would possibly think! With 13 tracks to race on, 24 official riders and bikes from the worldwide Superbike racing Championships, this game should have been twice as much and a feel game release! But what I love about it more than anything is that you play with a gamepad and then have free movement of your head making it look and feel much more real. In fact, it makes it far more immersive than any “bike riding” VR game released so far.
Sure, it’s not perfect and I would imagine the scenery around the tracks could have been a lot better and the music can get annoying (although you can always turn it off). But for £3 its worth a go for any bike racing (or riding) fan. Hand on heart, this is probably right up there with the best gallery apps we have seen so far.
