Presentation: The box experience of the Samsung Odyssey+ is very much Apple-inspired with a clean white box with an inner top layer reading “Odyssey: The journey starts here”. But once past that point, there really isn’t a lot to say. The headset and controllers nests in a plastic tray, but it was all bagged up in foam packaging which was nice as it kept it clean and dust-free. While nothing special it should arrive in most peoples homes damage free.

Review: It has to be said the Samsung Odyssey+ is probably THE best windows mixed reality headset released so far and gets an easy recommendation from me. It offers a fantastic visual and audio experience even when you compare it to headsets released years after it and while the wearing experience isn’t the best the user experience certainly makes up for it and all for a pretty great price as well and even better if you can grab it on the cheap. If you are planning on getting a windows mixed reality headset this should be the one you get.
