Review: ‘Royale Archer VR’ is a magic-based card battler and archery game in which you need to stop waves of enemies from reaching their goal. You can do this by shooting them with your bow and arrows, or you can crack out the magic cards (of which there are lots). Some cards summon others to help you and some cards just cats spells like fireballs and thunderbolts. While it is indeed low-poly the game is great fun to play and has enough variety in-game to keep things ticking over. Sure, I which it was about half its current price, but there is a lot of content on offer here, just not of the quality I would expect given the £10.29 price. Do look out for it in a sale as it is well worth playing, especially to fans of magic battles and tower defence games.
