Description: In the year 79 A.D the great volcano Mt.Vesuvius buried the ancient Roman town of Pompeii in a cataclysmic eruption. Today the famous ruins of Pompeii and it’s inhabitants lay still for the world to see, but the ancient Pompeiians would not recognize their home if the were to see it.

Travel back to the year 79 A.D before the eruption of Mt.Vesuvius and see the famous house of an ancient Roman banker before it was destroyed by the volcano. Experience the vibrant colors of ancient life and learn about the ancient home and it’s unusual ways.

Review: ‘Roma VR – Domus’ is a 5 minute guided tour of a famous house of an ancient Roman banker before it was destroyed by the eruption of Mt.Vesuvius in 79 A.D. The narrator’s voice is easy to listen to and there is a good amount of information within the guided talk. Or you can just walk around yourself, but there is no information to read or anything to interact with. It’s just so raw it’s hard to justify it for £4.79, in fact, it would have been better off as a freebie there really is that little in the way of content here. It’s not terrible I suppose and would be better used in an educational setting, but those of us who find this sort of thing interesting should probably look elsewhere.
