Description: Robot Incursion is a casual virtual reality wave shooter for the HTC Vive. There are 6 different levels where you will have to defend yourself with either an assault rifle, turret or grenades. To avoid getting hit, you can either use the cover around you or quickly dart out of the way, as the shots are being fired. When you first start the game, go to ‘Training’, where you will learn how to use the weapons and complete various timed challenges. Each level has a global and local leaderboard, so you can compete with other players to get the highest score.
Review: Robot Incursion is a game that might have been something big if it hadn’t been abandoned a long time ago. Put simply it is a basic version of Robo Recall only without any of the action and graphics that game has. This game keeps things slow and the difficulty high and that turns that £7.50 into a high price. If it had just had some more updates and extras I might have been telling you it was worth that asking price, but for now it is something to pick up on the cheap or maybe as part of a bundle.
