Description: River Relaxation VR is a relaxing hands-free virtual reality simulation of calmly floating down a river in a kayak. The simulation includes both a “morning” and “night time” experience of the same river.
Watch the trees gently sway as the birds sing and circle overhead while the kayak takes you through sun and shade. Listen to the water trickle from the waterfalls down into the river as butterflies hover over bending flowers. Challenge yourself to stay awake while the crickets chirp, the fireflies dance and the full moon lights up a darkened river.
Review: You don’t need me to tell you that ‘River Relaxation VR’ is a relaxing river ride in which you will be slowing drifting down a river just letting the flow of the water take you to wherever you are going to go. While not as good as ‘The Grand Canyon VR Experience‘ there is something to be enjoyed here. I especially liked the options and settings in for form of drinks cans as a little touch that keeps the immersion like that is always appreciated. It is the lower quality of the grapics that does spoil this experience a little bit which is a shame because I like most the other aspects of it. If you just let the canoe slowly take you are the slowest speed you can expect to get 40 mins out of this so for £2.89 it’s not terrible. Having said that ‘The Grand Canyon VR Experience‘ is just £1.99 and I would much prefer that one.
