Review: Rez Infinite has been on every other VR platform so it’s nice to finally see it on the Daydream platform. Even playing it now I still get a fondness for the SEGA Dreamcast and its many other games. But Rez Infinite is something that was clearly well ahead of its time (much like the Dreamcast) and seeing it run so smoothly on a smartphone is truly amazing, but what makes this version better than some is that you can aim with the motion controller and it helps to make the game even more immersive. While I would like to have seen it a little lower on price, it is still just about worth the asking price. If you want something action-packed and also looks incredible in VR, Rez Infinite is the game you are looking for. Just do yourself a favour and at least play the free demo, then you can judge if you like the look of it yourself.
