Review: I have played a lot of weird VR games before, but I have to say Rest House is one of the weirdest. While it pretends to be an art experiance I get the feeling it is more ‘chuck it in for laughs’ style rather than art. There are things to collect, some puzzles to solve and something to look at just about everywhere you look. There is even a weird multiplayer element that is as dead as the sense of this game. I just feel it needs a lot more polish and a better point to the game to make it worth the £3.99 asking price. There is something to like here if you look hard enough, but by that time you would have realised this is a mash-up of a game, rather than something made intentionally.
