Review: As with any fitness app you will only get true value for money if you use it time and time again to lose weight, or just maintain your current fitness level. ‘Yoga and Exercise’ is one of those apps that is very shallow, but it does what it needs to do in a simple and fun way. While on the whole, I can’t really fault it the lack of variety in exercises is what puts me off giving this a gold award. Sure, you can argue that for £14.99 you are getting a good exercise app that is worth its money the more effort you put into it, but I like a bit more variety in my own workout that this app simply doesn’t offer.
