Review: I can only presume the idea behind ‘Ready Player One: OASIS beta’ was to make an actual “virtual society” of sorts. But what you have right now (and it looks like it been dropped like the turd it is) is a couple of mini-games that are as lame as lame gets. Oh and a virtual apartment with almost nothing that is interactive. It’s like a giant mess of ideas all of which lack direction and polish. You can’t even look like your self! There is no avatar creation making the whole “personal world” thing once again pointless. Maybe one day this sort of thing will be a reality, but looking at this, it’s a LONG way away.
