Description: We developed this game with a pretty simple idea in mind: you throw coloured cubes in coloured boxes. That’s it. Please note that qb is a pure puzzle game for those who like this genre. We designed levels to provide a consistently growing difficulty enriching the traditional puzzle experience using virtual reality technology. If you don’t like puzzle challenges then this game may not be for you.
Review: To be honest it’s both hard and easy to love and hate qb at the same time. I love it for its grungy sci-fi setting where you are never sure when you might see next, especially in the “jungle” zone and to be fair to it I found all the graphics more than acceptable. Even the annoying robot and the weird soundtracks suit this game and help make it even more immersive. Then the other half of my brain hates its high price tag. If this game was even a little lower (say £2.99 ($4) I wouldn’t hesitate in telling you all to give it a download, but at £4.99 ($6) it’s simply too high, but yet you will spend at least a few hours playing it! My best suggestion is to give it a go if you don’t worry about the price and if the price is an issue wait for a sale, then definitely grab it. Yes, this game will make you pull your hair out in frustration, but it will also capture in VR for hours on end and keep you busy for even longer.
