Review: To put it simply Pivross is a 3D VR version of the popular picross and nonogram Japanese puzzle games. Think Minesweeper only in VR. While I won’t go into details here, let’s just say it’s a puzzle game that really gets the brain working hard. If you love things like Sudoku, you will love this. With 100 puzzles there is certainly more than enough to keep most people amused for several days and I will say that the game is pretty easy to play with the Gear VR motion controller. While its basic graphics, lack of music, background diversity and game modes might let this game down a bit, it’s still worth buying if you love your puzzle games just for the sheer amount of puzzles to do. Before playing this game I had never heard of “Nonograms” so it’s opened my eyes to some new puzzle fun.
