Description: On a road trip for Halloween, your car breaks down on the side of the road. A strange set of circumstances follows, as a young child appears screaming for your help and then disappears into the cornfields. Now that you’ve been stranded here in the middle of nowhere, you must wander into the cornfields to save this child – whoever she is. You will encounter many challenges along the way that may surprise and frighten you. This game is specifically built for VR and contains realistic graphics that will immerse you in the environment. Pitchfork is both terrifying and enjoyable, with a storyline that will keep you guessing.
Review: I have to say PitchFork is not half as bad as I thought it was going to be, but on the flip side of that, it is nowhere near as good or as long as the price tag might suggest. But if you like your horror adventure games this might well be worth a look for some Haloween sacres. Moving through the cornfield was the best bit for me and really gave me chills, but I will admit that I found some of the other scary elements to be a little weak. But that £10.99 asking price is way too much. So grab it in a sale or a bargain pack and you might appreciate it, pay full price you might wish you had stuck a real pitchfork into your PC.
