Description: Are you a pet lover who just wants to play with animals and take care of them? Have you ever dreamt of having a four-legged friend? Come to Pets VR, your own virtual animal daycare. You’ll look after a group of friendly animals – feed them, play with them, train them, and more!

Review: It will come as no surprise to most of you that ‘Pets VR’ is a virtual pet style game in which you get to look after a cat or a dog, both of which seem to be almost cartoon in nature with massive heads and tiny bodies (but this does make them look cuter). While it is quite fun to play with and feed your pet there really isn’t a whole lot of content here at all. There are several things to unlock like tricks, toys and treats, but nothing you couldn’t do within the first hour or so.

The replay value here is of course coming back and looking after your pet and maybe the little ones will enjoy doing this a lot, but there is nothing here for us adults, no challenges as such and very little in terms of gameplay. It looks good I suppose and I can easily see someone enjoying this, but that person wasn’t me, not when it costs £12.39. If it was a lot cheaper I might have given it the thumbs up, but then again I am not exactly the target audience, am I!
