Review: ‘NIGHTSTAR: Alliance’ is an all-action space shooter (that is not to be confused with NIGHTSTAR). To be fair to this game it is quite exciting as you will not only be shooting down other ships (you control your ship as if it is stuck on the end of your motion controller), but you will also be rescuing other ships, often in the heat of the battle. With its big battles and big scores the game also has a good amount of replay value (if you are a score chaser) which will be the only way you will justify the full £7.19 asking price. Yes, it looks good and it is fun to play, but I personally would have liked it a little cheaper as it is lacking in depth.
