Description: Build, climb, explore and fight back against a robotic threat in an open-world persistent MMO created from the ground up for VR. This is the world of Neon Exile, a world where your actions matter because anything you build, craft or even drop, will persist in a single shared multiplayer instance of this groundbreaking dystopian world.
Review: There was probably once a time when ‘Neon Exile’ was going to be some big online world where people filled the voids with things they had built themselves and it would have been some sort of VR utopia of gaming. Sadly that time has now passed and there is no-one else online. It also means it is a pretty small game given the high price tag and its not like the grapics make up for that. In fact, I would go so far as to say that this is not worth the single-player mode alone unless there was a 99% price drop. There is just so much unfinished here, so much unrealised potential that I just can’t recommend it at the moment, but sadly I can’t see any updates happening any time soon.
