Description: The Natural landscape series is a virtual tourism VR game based on the unreal engine developed meticulously by Magicvalley Studio, The Three Gorges of Yangtze River is the first episode of this series. through satellite DEM data, it reveals to us the magnificent scenery which is full of steep and rare mountains and cliffs from Xiling District of Yichang to the Three Gorges Dam in Zigui County. You can also adjust the time in the scene and experience different charming landscapes in the morning, noon and evening. In this episode you can drive your own yacht galloping above the river, experience the speed and excitement above the water, and you can also travel cosily on a yacht along the river and appreciate the charming and precipitous natural landscape of Xiling Gorge.
Review: Naturallandscape – Three Gorges (自然景观系列-长江三峡) is another interactive experience from the same team that brought you ‘Naturallandscape – GuilinLandscape‘. Only this time, of course, it is The Three Gorges of Yangtze River which is a beautiful scenic section of the navigable reaches of the Yangtze River and its a series of natural and cultural attractions mostly enjoyed in a Yangtze River Cruise between Chongqing and Yichang on the middle reaches of the Yangtze. This app is a slow river curse along a virtual section of that and it gives you about 30 minutes scenery from one end of a channel to the other, but you can then always turn around and come back the other way. Sure it’s pointless and probably overpriced, but it is also beautiful and relaxing, in a “get-away” sort of way. If you got this for a quid or two I think you might just enjoy it despite all the Chinese text in the game.
