Description: Mortal & Monster is a challenging rogue-like action RPG developed for 6DOF VR platform. We are aiming to combine tower-defense battle system and rogue-like dungeon map together to make an epic single player VR dungeon adventure.
Review: On paper ‘Mortal and Monster’ seems like a good idea for a game. It’s a dungeon crawler style RPG in which you will be using swords and magic to kill 30+ monsters. But you soon realise that the lack of quality and indeed variety does not make this game worth anywhere near the current £15.49 asking price. It is the action side of things that really lets this game down, with each battle, be it a small enemy or a boss fight, it all feels so lame and boring. If this game was just a few quid you could have justified this lack of gameplay, but with that price tag I want a pretty good game that is at least enjoyable to play. Sadly, this game is far from that and not something I can currently recommend.
