Review: 神遊敦煌-莫高窟第61窟 (which translates as ‘Shenyou Dunhuang-Mogao Grottoes Cave 61’) is a virtual tour of a set of caves otherwise known as the ‘Caves of the Thousand Buddhas’ which is a cave system of over 500 temples all built into the rock. It is part of the cultural crossroads on the Silk Road in Gansu province, China. It looks good for a VR tour of them, but you will need to speak Mandarin to understand any of the narration here. Visually it is worth a look as it does look good and was made by Nat-geo so you know it has a good pedigree. It’s not going to be for everyone, but at least it is free for all those who might be interested.
