Review: While many will poo-poo ‘Mind Muscle VR’ as a poor quality virtual gym with no narration or guided workouts I think it might be something genius overlooked. Sure, it is little more than a poor quality virtual gym, but I would love to do some case studies in which someone uses this “virtual gym” for a year and see the results. Would they really be stronger? Fitter? I think there might be a case in which that is true. Anyway, it’s free, so do consider taking a look. VR is many applications we don’t know about yet, but virtual weight training with real-world results could well be one of them.
