Description: Micro Cosmic Worlds is a discovery-based journey into unseen worlds of the microcosmos. Using the power of virtual reality, you (the player) are transported deeper and deeper into the worlds of the infinitesimally small. Based on science in design and scale, Micro Cosmic Worlds proves that fact is often stranger than fiction.
Review: If there is one thing VR is good for it is representing the size of things. So what happens when an app like ‘Micro Cosmic Worlds’ shrinks you down to the size of a grain of rice, or an atom? What happens is everything that was once tiny in your eyes becomes massive with ants being the size of a building! OK, so there isn’t a whole lot of content here, but what there is, is educational and well presented. From an educational point of view, this app is priceless and the £6.99 aksing price is more than justified. But for anyone just wanting a good VR experience, it is overpriced and it is best getting this in a cheap bundle with others.
