Review: Instead of a review of the main game I am going on a rant here. ‘Lucky’s Tale’ is still THE best VR platform game I have played and yet, it has not seen a part 2 nor has many other platform games been released for our VR headsets. I get that it wasn’t the best use for the technology, but it could have been VR’s mascot, VR’s Super Mario. Instead, all we have had is mediocre platform games that are OK at best. Lucky’s Tale should have been the start of something beautiful and sadly no-one jumped onto its coattails which I think was a missed opportunity. There, rants over, the game is great, the end.
