Review: ‘Little Awesome Dudes’ is supposed to be a strategic table-top style game, much like the World of Keflings. You start by placing pieces down onto the play table and watching them come to life. But then you need to grind for more parts and before you know what is happening the game kind of comes to a stop and you are left to wonder around playing with all the extra things the developer has thrown in here.
I feel at the end of the day there is just too much of effort been spent on silly little things (like the RC hovercraft) and the working computer when it should have been a much simpler game, only a lot more of it. You don’t need all the environment stuff to keep the player amused if the game is good enough and while this is a good concept I would struggle to recommend for any price much higher than a quid or two.
