Review: One of the main things that are a joy to do in VR is firing a weapon. Here in the UK most of us are never going to get that feeling, so VR is a great place to find out what it is like. Then, for all the people who live in countries that allow guns, it is a great place to show off your shooting and targeting skills. Lethal VR is all about that Joy and offers a pretty impressive array of weapons and targeting situations.

You play 30 different challenges spread across 5 tiers of weapons simulation: Quick Draw, Knife Throw, Sharpshooter, Rapid Fire and Combat, plus a wide range of weapons in each mode. This is all about challenging your shooting speed, your accuracy and even your ability to remain calm under pressure. Your performance is then rated after successful completion of each challenge and the best score to aim for is ‘Lethal’ rating, but there is a nice leaderboard and score challenge to do even if you can’t get to that level.

How much you value this game is all about how much you enjoy shooting and throwing weapons. I myself found that it got really repetitive fast and even though I played on, it was just more of the same thing from start to finish. But it does look and feel pretty good indeed, while I have never fired a gun in real life, I would imagine it would feel pretty much the same. If you love the smell of Gunpower, this will be the best gun experience game you will ever download.
