Review: ‘Last Day: Zombie Survival VR’ is a pretty stereotypical zombie shooter with a few boss fights thrown in for good measure. This is a very low-budget game that looks like crap most of the time, but I did like some of the monsters, especially the big bosses. But the animation is poor, the gameplay isn’t great and all the cut-scenes are shown in 2D on a screen, rather than just putting you into the scene. But it is the lack of content that really kills this game off for me with a little over 30 mins of content at max.
I thought the game was OK with some potential for growth, but there is simply not enough content, nor overall quality to make me give it a recommendation. Maybe after all the levels are released it will be worth a look, but I certainly wouldn’t pay full price without them.
