Review: Kitchen is a short horror demo from the terrifying prelude to Resident Evil 7: biohazard. A sort of teaser experience for you. You wake up with what I can only presume is your friend who is on the floor and you are tied up sat in a chair. He comes around them shortly after all hell breaks loose. The idea is this short demo will give potential consumers an idea of what to expect from the final game’s virtual reality component. You also have to wonder if there is a part of marketing over in Capcom that is also looking at the download numbers of this very demo.
It’s free, it looks incredible and it will make you fall in love with VR horror. For those of us who like the dark side of VR, this is a must. In fact, given that it’s free there really isn’t an excuse not to download this…unless you’re chicken!
